Click and Collect
Click and Collect is from our warehouse at 5 Wattle Street, Mount Gambier SA 5290. Our opening hours are Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.00pm, and Saturday 9.00am to 12.00 midday.
Orders placed for Click and Collect require a 1 hour window for picking and packing. We can often get your order ready to collect in a shorter time, but as we are a busy warehouse, we can’t guarantee it.
Searching for Products in our Webstore
You can browse or search for products a number of ways.
- using the Menu Bar at the top of the page to search by category
- using the 4 category buttons (Chilled, Frozen Seafood, Frozen Food, Pantry) in the middle of the home page
- using the Search Bar at the top of the page, type in any food, word, or portion of a word and our search engine will locate all products containing that phrase
As well as the product search / browse methods above, our menu bar also has these subcategories:
Specials - Every month we feature a variety of Frozen, Chilled and Pantry products that will enhance your cooking and dining experience
Finger Foods - Almost 100 finger foods perfect for your next party or function. Click on a product to see how many portions in each bag or box
Gluten Free & Vegan Products - Certified Gluten Free or Vegan products
New Products - New products that we have recently added to our range
Promotions - Current promotions or activities we are running, and also a downloadable version of our current Monthly Specials List
Clearance Lines - Heavily discounted products that we are clearing. This category also may contain smallgoods that we have frozen 7 days before their Use By Date. These frozen smallgoods are sold at half price of the fresh version.
Downloads - Downloadable lists including our Finger Food List broken down by Category, by Number of Portions, and by Cost per Portion, to assist you in costing your event.
How to use our Webstore
- login to your account, or register to create a new account
- browse our Webstore to look at the products we have available, and select which products and how many you would like to purchase
- add these items to your Shopping Cart
- to continue shopping you can use the “back” button or just go to the menus or product categories to continue adding products
- once you have finished adding items to your Shopping Cart, click on the Shopping Cart icon in the top right hand corner of the screen
- when you are happy with your order, click on “Checkout”
- check that your order is correct, then scroll down to the bottom of the page, and in the “Comments” section, please put in the day you wish to collect your order, and the approximate time of collection.
- once this is done, select “Confirm Order”
- this will take you to our secure payment screen where you can enter your Credit Card details, and select “Pay Now”
- you will then see a “Checkout Success” message
- we will send you an email to let you know your order has been received and is being processed
- when your order is ready we will send you another email to advise that it is ready for you to collect
- when you come to collect your order, please tell our office staff your order number or your name, and our warehouse staff will bring your order to you
Tips and Tricks
- click on individual products to see further details and specifications on that product (eg Prawn sizes, package counts & meal ideas etc)
- if your have purchased from our webstore previously, you can see your previous orders on the My Account page
