Collection & Returns

Collecting your Order

Click and Collect is from our warehouse at 5 Wattle Street, Mount Gambier SA 5290. Our opening hours are Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.00pm, and Saturday 9.00am to 12.00 midday.

Orders placed for Click and Collect require a 1 hour window for picking and packing. We can often get your order ready to collect in a shorter time, but as we are a busy warehouse, we can’t guarantee it.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Products

If an item is damaged, missing or incorrect (different from the invoice description), please contact us within 24 hours of your collection. If an item is damaged or incorrect, we will require return of the damaged or incorrect product to our warehouse.

We will do our utmost to process and pick your order correctly the first time, but if an item is missing or damaged, we will provide you with a replacement or a refund.

No products will be accepted for return or replacements issued without prior approval to return such products.

In the event of a refund, we will issue credit to the same Credit Card used in your original purchase. 

Authority to Return Goods

We will accept return of damaged or incorrect products ONLY IF NOTIFICATION IS WITHIN 24 hours of receipt.

- Frozen Products must be kept Frozen, and not have been thawed.

- Refrigerated Products must be kept cold.

The customer has responsibility for returning products to our warehouse.


We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia.
